A music therapy is the use of sound and music in a psychotherapeutic goal.On the interaction between the therapist, or patient, it takes place inindividual situations or in groups, and is to focus on therapeutic work on the sound channel. Music therapy is therefore to the process of change withinthe therapist-patient relationship, coupled with development work andawareness. Music therapy is a paramedical discipline that uses sound,music and movement to produce regressive effects and open communication channels with the objective to undertake them through the process of trainingand rehabilitation.
